Hope you all had a great Christmas, and spent time with your friends & family and got lots of presents!
We bought Sammie the Snorkie a stocking from the pet store filled with lots of goodies to keep her busy for a while.
You all know Sammie's fascination with socks and under ware and her Christmas stocking was no exception. She pulled each one of the treats out of the sock till she got to the last one. The she picked up the stocking and took it outside to join the rest of her collection. lol
We were invited over to a friends house for Christmas dinner. I was surprised because they really don't get into the Christmas decoration/celebration thing. So I was pleasantly surprised when we received our invitation from them. And what made it extra nice was that they asked us to bring Sammie because they just rescued a dog from the shelter a few weeks ago and wanted to introduce Sammie to her.
Arrived at the house and there weren't any decorations outside. Not too surprising since they never had in the past. Walked inside, said our hello's and noticed how excited our friends were about their Christmas tree they put up. So we all went into the den and this is what we saw...
They were so proud of their trees and even the presents under it.
Our friends laughed when they saw our expressions, but said they had to start somewhere and maybe next year they will get a 'bigger' tree.
Looking forward to our visit there next year, will keep you posted on that one!
